Standard Features
- Cooling fans for AN/AF operation to maintain thermal margins under higher load or elevated ambient temperatures.
- Temperature monitoring: Nine PT100 sensors on the low‑voltage winding plus a resistance temperature device for thorough thermal supervision and integration with protecting/control systems.
- Wiring and identification: All wiring and heat shrink materials installed to AS/NZS 3000. Phase identification follows the color code — Phase A (a): red, Phase B (b): white, Phase C (c): blue.

The transformers have the following characteristics:
- Windings have high mechanical strength and no partial discharge.
- Epoxy resin and insulating materials used for windings are non-flammable, will not burn from an electric arc, and no toxic gases will be given off when the resin is burned.
- Envionmental adaptability with windings that will not absorb moisture and a special anti-rust protective coating that seals the core and frame.
- Operates under one-hundred percent relative humidity and other severe ambient conditions.
- Ability to switch on the device without pre-drying or long periods of service interruptions.
- Excellent short-circuit and lighting impulse strength.
- Cooled naturally by air (AN) and forced air cooling (AF) provided as an option to improve overload capacity.
- Smaller dimensions, less weight, and space saving.
- Oil drainage pits and fire extinguishing devices not required for operation.

High-voltage winding appliesvacuumpouring of padding epoxyresin which, at highlevel, reduces partial discharge capacity andelevates the electric strength of coils. The insideand outside of the winding is buildup with glassfiber grid overlaywhich strengthens thethemechanicalrobustnessandimprovesresistance of short-circuits and ensures the coilswill never crack.
Low-voltage winding applies the structure that windedby copper foil which solves the problem that the axle wouldpoint to the helix angle when winds and make the ampereturn of winding distribute evenly. Meanwhile, the coilsapplies axial fan which improves the heat dispersion.Between the layers of winding, it applies DMD epoxy resinpreliminary dip cloth and makes it whole solidificationfor
