Product Overview

Designed for medium-voltage facility distribution, this 500kVA three phase cast resin dry type distribution transformer converts 12470V primary power to 480Y/277V secondary power for 60Hz systems. The unit is configured with Dyn1 vector group, aluminum windings, Class F insulation, 80°C temperature rise, AN/AF cooling, and a NEMA 3R coated steel enclosure for electrical rooms, commercial service distribution, and light industrial power supply. The design is specified to ANSI C57.12.01 and DOE 2016 requirements.

The cast resin dry type structure gives buyers an oil-free transformer format for sites that need enclosed medium-voltage conversion with fan-assisted cooling, temperature monitoring, and practical field access through pad or floor mounting.
