Product Overview


This 300kVA cast resin dry type distribution transformer is suitable for outdoor commercial buildings, utility distribution points, light industrial facilities, and site power systems that require 480Y/277V service from a 12.47kV class primary feeder.


The transformer is configured for 12470Y/7200V to 480Y/277V, three-phase, grounded-wye to grounded-wye operation, with YNyn0 vector group, 95kV HV BIL, 30kV LV BIL, 5-position HV taps, terminal-lug connections, and primary 40E fused overcurrent protection.


With a NEMA 3R coated steel enclosure, ANSI 61 grey epoxy finish, pad/floor mount structure, removable access doors, temperature monitoring, and space heaters with humidistat control, the unit supports specification review for outdoor distribution projects where enclosure protection, service access, and voltage matching are key purchasing considerations.
