VPI Transformer R-class insulation process


1. Made of Class C Dupont insulation materials with big running temperature rise margin, strong overload capacity, high fire resistance, good thermal stability, and long service life.
2. Adopted vacuum pressure impregnation Class C with UL insulating paint to ensure moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-contamination and low partial discharge.
3. With a high-quality core made of silicon steel sheet and high-quality oxygen-free copper wire to reduce the effective operation loss and improve efficiency.
4.The high-voltage winding has a continuous structure to provide high mechanical strength and good radiation capability.
5.The low-voltage foi is presoaked in epoxy resin for layer insulation and soaked through vacuum pressure impregnating equipment and a high-temperature curing machine.
