Performance Characteristic
1)The iron core is made of high-quality silicon steelsheet.The surface is coated with anti-corrosionand good heat dissipation to ensure the transformer's low loss and corrosion resistance.
2)The high voltage winding has a continuous drop downdisc with a strip conductor(alumi num or copper)anddouble layer insula- tion.Windings are cast undervacuum with epoxy resin.
3)The low-voltage winding is made of aluminum orcopper foil and wound with insulating foil pre-im-pregnated with epoxy resin.The coil is cured in anoven to form a very compact winding.
4)The encapsulation process is a key stage withinthe manufacturing process Encapsulation is car-ried out under the most rigorous conditions inorder to ensure optimum insulating and mechani-cal characteristics.
5)In the vacuum casting chamber,the resin is pouredinto the mold to cure and form a high strength FRPbody structure.
