VPI Transformer with C-Class Insulation Product Overview
VPI (insulation vacuum pressure impregnation) dry-type transformer wiht C-class insulation , a maximum allowable temperature of 220°C, and a winding temperature rise limit of 150K.The transformer uses NOMEX® paper as the main insulation material, and the coil is made of vacuum pressure impregnation and high-temperature curing. It has extremely high flame retardancy, heat dissipation performance and overload capacity. It is safe, reliable, environmentally friendly and energy-saving. It is suitable for environments with high fire protection requirements, small sites, and large load fluctuations.

Made of Class C Dupont insulation materials with big running temperature rise margin, strong overload capacity, high fire resistance, good thermal stability, and long service life. Adopted vacuum pressure impregnation Class C with UL insulating paint to ensure moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-contamination and low partial discharge.
core
With a high-quality core made of silicon steel sheet and high-quality oxygen-free copper wire to reduce the effective operation loss and improve efficiency.The surface of iron core is special processed. lt can reducethe noise of the transformer and avoid the rustiness and cauterization
HV & LV Coils
The high-voltage winding has a continuous structure to provide high mechanical strength and good radiation capability. Immersed international advanced by VPI vacuum pressure equipment. Withmany baking and solidify by high temperature, it has strongresistance to short circuit and over load.
The housing complies with AWS certification requirements and the performance meets NEMA3R standards.The enclosure paint finish is neat, clean and highly resistant to corrosion. Metal surfaces are thoroughly cleaned of scale, oil, grease, rust and other foreign matter before painting. NEMA 1 NEMA 3R and NEMA 4 outdoor enclosures available.
