A New Chapter Begins: Winley Electric Breaks Ground on Its New Transformer Factory
On July 18, 2026, Winley Electric officially broke ground on its new transformer factory at Plot 6, Zone B, Julongwan, Baini Town, Foshan, China.
With employees and project representatives gathered at the site, the first shovels of soil marked the moment the project moved from plans on paper to construction on the ground.
Since securing the project site in December 2025, Winley Electric has steadily advanced the planning and preparation work. The groundbreaking ceremony now opens the next stage of the project and the construction of a modern intelligent transformer manufacturing facility.
The new factory will focus on energy-efficient power transformers and smart grid equipment. It will incorporate automated production lines, digital management systems, advanced manufacturing technologies and an optimized workshop layout.
Once completed, the facility will strengthen Winley Electric’s production capacity, quality control, order response and delivery performance.
Foshan offers a mature power equipment supply chain and convenient logistics resources. The new location will help Winley Electric improve supply chain coordination, shorten production cycles and provide a more stable and responsive supply of transformer products to customers worldwide.
